Council adopted the official City of Mulberry flag, accepted the withdrawal of two special use permit applications, held first-read public hearings on a Rock Quarry Road rezoning, the Q3 text amendments, the FY 2027 budget, and the City's first Comprehensive Plan, and revised the Holman Road rezoning ordinance.

Council held the first public hearing on the FY 2027 budget, approved the Holman Road rezoning with staff conditions, authorized the Marshal's Office to enforce traffic laws, approved a natural gas franchise agreement with the City of Buford, and readopted the Downtown Development Authority resolution.
